Joseph Vivens is the creative heartbeat behind Vivens Media—a visionary storyteller whose voice is as bold as it is intentional. A published poet and the mind behind the beloved Chunky and Friends children’s book series, Joseph launched his creative career with a mission to empower children through stories that celebrate wellness, curiosity, and culture. His storytelling roots are deeply entwined with his Haitian-American identity and his journey as a father, crafting narratives that reflect truth, challenge perspectives, and stir the soul.
His work has inspired audiences from classrooms to international workshops, where he speaks on writing, publishing, and the role of storytelling in shaping young minds. As he steps into the world of film with his directorial debut, S.O.S., Joseph continues to stretch the boundaries of format—proving that whether on the page or behind the camera, storytelling is a force for transformation.
